The 3D model, renders and photos on this site show what an Amty Elevate lift can look like. They are for reference only.

Every lift is made to measure for its house, so the one installed in yours may differ from what’s shown here, in its size, glass, finish, colour, fittings and controls. The figures on the site describe the standard lift and may change.

What you get is what your written quotation and contract say, not what the site shows.

Nothing on the site is an offer to sell. Each lift is quoted for its house, and only a written quotation from Amty Elevate is binding. The AMC plans’ shares of the lift’s cost are a guide; the contract you sign sets the terms.

Neither the Basic nor the Comprehensive plan covers:

• Physical or accidental damage, and vandalism
• Damage from misuse or negligence
• Water ingress, fire, flooding or power-supply damage
• Replacing parts damaged by external factors
• Structural damage and civil work
• Modernisation, upgrades or capacity enhancements

The WhatsApp buttons on the site open WhatsApp, a service run by WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta, with a message already typed for you. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself. Your chat there is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

A reply on WhatsApp, by phone or by email is not a quotation or a contract until we confirm it in writing.

Some links take you to sites we don’t run, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. We aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

The site’s text, photos, renders, 3D model and design belong to Amty Elevate or to those who licensed them to us. You may view and share them for your own use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we don’t promise it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from relying on the site rather than on your quotation and contract.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
